设立背景和目的

为出口的供应商，无论是生产型企业、贸易公司、分销商等各类型企业，可提供国际保理融资业务，
应收账款最长账期可达150 天。For export suppliers, whether they are manufacturing companies,
trading companies, distributors or other types of companies,
we can provide international factoring financing services withthe longest account period for accounts receivable up to 150 days.
买断应收账款融资：货物装船即可收款，支付最高可达95%
Buyout receivables financing: you can collect payment as soon as the goods are shipped, and the payment can be up to 95%
提供100%赔付的信用保险，信用险范围内全额赔付
Provide 100% credit insurance, full compensation within the scope of credit insurance
负责应收账款管理及催收，不会影响买卖双方关系

Category 1: Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Serbia, Malaysia
二类：泰国、印尼、新加坡（可能直接单保理）
Category 2: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore (direct single factoring is possible)
三类：哥伦比亚、智利、哥斯达黎加、日本、中国台湾额度不低于300 万美金
Category 3: Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Japan, Taiwan, China The amount must not be less than 3 million US dollars
除以上区域，远期LC 付款方式下：不分区域，只看开证行和条款
In addition to the above areas, under the usance LC payment method: regardless of the region, only the issuing bank and terms are considered.

买家及卖家的要求
Requirements for buyers and sellers
买家：过往有国际贸易交易记录，本身或关联方无不良征信的境外企业；
Buyers: Overseas enterprises with a past record of international trade transactions and no bad credit records for themselves or their related parties;
卖家：依法注册登记且正常运营的公司，非失信等黑名单企业
Sellers: Companies that are legally registered and operating normally, and are not blacklisted companies such as those that have lost trust.
